Responsibilities:
* Owner of Global Project Management methodologies and processes
* Responsible for tracking the operations group KPIs / OKRs and drive continuous improvement
* Initiate and take active part in defining tools to provide a broad overview and visibility to the projects activity while helping project managers with ongoing challenges
* Provide reports to different company divisions
* Serves as an escalation point for projects at risk
* Carrying out cross-organizational initiatives
* Owner of the project managers guild
* Oversees the group’s trainings content
* Owner of the Operations Management and Operations Leadership forums
All you need is:
* Proven experience as project manager for 5 years or more in SaaS model
* Technical and tech savvy
* Leadership skills
* Independent and confident in decision making
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* General ability to travel
