Role:
We seek a Non-executive Operations Director, who will wear a lot of hats:
* Finance: payroll, accounting
* Recruiting: talent sourcing and process
* Events Logistics: organizing events across many locations
Your role is not so much as to manage, as much as to lead from the side.
Ultimately, you will come in with no authority. And all of your authority will
come from ability to influence the team through your actions, convincing
plans, smart choices, and good open communication.
Requirements:
* Experience using Asana or another project management tool
* Experience as Operations Director, CEO, COO, Head of HR, Head of Finance
