* Collaborating with Chief Products & Technologies Officer's leadership team members to outline business priorities and KPIs
Responsibilities & Scope Of Role
* Creating the reporting infrastructure to provide continuous transparency of operations through dashboards and reports
* Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
* Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
* Determining key performance indicators, how to measure team performance and monitoring progress
* Overseeing cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives
* Creating systems and processes to streamline operations
* Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
* Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of meetings focused
Requirements
* BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 7 years experience managing complex software programs.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Software engineering background – a plus.
