Executive & Office Assistant

We are seeking a passionate Executive and Office Assistant to join the Israeli

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the office's front desk including handle visitors and vendors logistics
* Manage senior management's calendars, coordinate and schedule appointments
* Provide administrative support and assistance to senior management and office departments
* Support the HR and recruitment team in administrative tasks
* Handle mail services, office maintenance tasks and other admin needs

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Administrative / Personal Assistant roles
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Independent with proactive approach
* Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Energetic and motivated
* A quick learner with strong organizational skills
* Great interpersonal skills and positive approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
* Bachelor degree – an advantage
* Flexibility in working hours according to business needs and availability for 4 days from our office in Tel Aviv and 1 day from home
