monday.com is looking for a Facilities Construction Project Manager to join
the Global facilities team and take responsibility and ownership for planning,
directing and overseeing all renovation and construction initiatives from
start to finish, for our rapidly growing Tel Aviv office.
This position will hold full scope of responsibilities of planning, tracking,
successful completion and delivery of all construction & renovation projects,
as well as RFP, negotiations and vendor relations, risk assessment and more.
The position will make sure that our construction & renovation projects are
completed in the desired quality, on budget and on time, to deliver a
workspace environment in accordance to our design, that inspires employees to
experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, collaboration,
communication, safety and fun.
About The Role
* Direct and oversee from initiation phase through Design, Execution to hand-over/FDOB any facilities construction & renovations projects (start to finish).
* Develop, implement and track project gantt/lifecycle including schedule, resources, budget and quality of finished results.
* Build & maintain project budget, including plan/actual tracking, bills approval and change orders.
* Assess risks and establish contingency plans. Track, communicate, manage and escalate issues that can impact the project's successful completion.
* Work with vendors and suppliers, lead project RFP & budget efficiency.
* Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in facilities construction project management.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project on budget and on time with high quality results.
* Proven track record in large scale projects.
* Strong, effective communication skills & people engagement.
* Can do, problem solving & agile approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point), CAD & project management tools.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic and demanding environment.
* Highly organized, time management skills, strong prioritization ability.
* Bachelor's degree, technical background/civil engineering – preferred.
* Previous BIM modeling & management experience – preferred.
* Very good/mother tongue Hebrew & English – spoken, written, presentation.
