Job description:
* Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 developers.
* You will be responsible for the agile process, technological guidance, and professional management of the team
* Hands-on development of features (~50% of the time)
* Work closely with other teams/groups, product owners, UX designer and architects
* Hire new team members
* Each team is autonomous and responsible for its deliverables
* The team is one of several teams actively developing our mobility platform as part of ARGUS application group.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years working as a Full Stack Developer
* 1+ years of managerial experience
* 3+ years experience in Server-Side coding preferably Node.js
* 2+ years experience working with Client-side frameworks preferably React
* Experience with building complex large-scale software solutions from scratch to live production
* Experience with relational databases
* Experience working with UX / design teams
* Solid understanding of cloud system architecture
* Can-do attitude, highly motivated and an ambitious team player.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
