HackerU is looking for a Full-Stack Team Leader that will construct a team of
developers befitting the highest industry standards and promote team-work as
an integral part of the organizational culture.
The team leader will help developers on a technical level, as well as
assisting them with technological advancement, best-practices for code
development and feature design.
The role also includes working in agile methodologies(scrum/kanban) alongside
QA, DevOps & Product teams.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in software development on production environments in PHP.
* 1+ years experience managing tech leading a development team.
* Experience with Frontend frameworks (Vue.js / react / angular)
* Deep knowledge with Restful API development.
* Deep knowledge of OOP.
* Deep knowledge with MySQL / MSSQL / MongoDB or others.
* Deep knowledge of version control tools (E.G. Git).
* Experience in leading an agile team (Scrum / Kanban).
* Good analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work under stress & tight deadlines.
Advantage:
* Experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC.
* B.Sc in computer science or a related discipline.
* Knowledge with the Laravel PHP framework.
* Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira / Bitbucket / Confluence).
* Knowledge with CI/CD processes.
