Growth Strategy Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented, and highly motivated Growth
Strategy Manager to join our team. A strong candidate owns the creation and
execution of business strategies to help grow ironSource, mostly by turning
data into information, information into insight, and insights into business
decisions.

Responsibilities

* Plays a key role in reviewing and optimizing ironSource's mobile network KPIs
* Identifies, analyzes and solves complex business problems
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (account managers, sales, product, operations, marketing) to design and prioritize growth strategies and initiatives
* Locate and define new process improvement and develop automation.
* Communicate data, patterns, and trends to team members, partners, and clients.
* Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
* Manage the pipeline for new verticals and partnerships from end to end, including launch, measurement, and cross-functional scaling.

Qualifications

* B.Sc/BA degree. Business, Analytics or Technical degree is a MUST!
* 2-3 years of business analysis, business development, strategy consulting (BCG, McKinsey, etc), or similar experience
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and handle various priorities on a high paced environment.
* Ability to take ownership and accountability, even in situations where you have limited control.
* Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers

Advantages
