TikTok is looking for a superstar Head of Business Marketing and a builder at
heart to join our team in Israel. As our Head of Business Marketing, you will
be responsible for structuring and leading all marketing activities, including
TikTok For Business brand, focused on global tech companies and domestic
businesses. You will lead the marketing team, plan and execute end-to-end
marketing strategy that supports the growth objectives of TikTok.
Responsibilities – What You'll Do:
– Lead TikTok's marketing operations in the Israeli market with global and
domestic brands.
– Hire and grow a team of marketing professionals in the fields of marketing
strategy, marketing communications, Research, B2B events, brand strategy and
creative strategy
– Develop the "TikTok For Business" brand strategy and create a go to market
plan;
– Serve as core member on Israel's senior leadership team. Collaborate with
peer sales leaders to provide ongoing guidance and support to revenue
generation initiatives
– Collaborate with TikTok's global marketing HQ to adopt best practices and
share success;
– Partner with cross functional teams to support B2C and B2G activities
including TikTok User Operations, Media Relations, Government and Legal;
– Establish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization,
impact measurement.
Qualifications – Who We're Looking For:
– At least 10 years of experience in marketing, media background preferred;
– Experience in direct people management;
– Experience in brand building;
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social
landscape in Israel;
– Experience working with both B2B & B2C customers in an international
environment;
– Superb understanding of TikTok’s owned-and-operated properties is
preferred;
– Mother tongue level of Hebrew and English;
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment;
– Excellent communication and presentation skills;
– Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical
thinking;
– Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
and regions.
