Responsibilities
* Manage a team of BI developers and business analysts.
* Solve ambiguous challenges by executing sophisticated quantitative and advanced modeling to deliver actionable insights
* Take ownership in the company’s data modeling efforts and data systems including Data-Lake, warehousing , ETL, streaming, reporting and analysis tools
* Analytically tackle problems and deliver analytical and statistical models.
* Partner with Business, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to provide high-impact insights and promote data-driven decision-making.
* Deliver compelling insights to influence decisions and roadmaps.
* Analytically support growth engines (providing analysis and algorithms).
* Oversee the entire data analytics and BI processes across the business unit – from creating roadmaps to managing and prioritizing daily activities.
* Design DWH and analytics solutions for our games
* Enforce standard methodologies in developing all analytics tools and models.
Requirements
* 7+ year of experience in business or operational data analysis
* 3+ years experience of managing a team of analysts, with a proven track record of building, developing and growing a team.
* Extensive experience in Python and SQL – Must. Tableau – Advantage . Cloud Technologies – big Advantage.
* 3+ years of experience with large DWH systems and BI solutions relying on the data infrastructure – Must
* Hand On experienced with big data environment, tools and data modeling
* Proven track record in similar roles, in B2C companies, preferably in the gaming industry.
* Knowledge/experience in optimization and testing space – (A/B) split tests, multivariate tests.
* Exceptional communication skills, ability to work with senior management and lead strategic cross-company projects.
* University degree, B.Sc. preferred, in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
