We are looking for a talented and experienced head of HR to lead our HR
department and strategy. The Head of HR will play a key function in growing
the company. Hiring, onboarding, culture, L&D.
You will work cross-functionally to understand HR needs globally, act as a
company brand & culture ambassador internally, and drive a happy, engaging,
and growing work environment.
In this role, you will:
Manage the company HR department A to Z:
* Talent acquisition – Manage the recruitment team, in charge of enabling our growth in Israel, US, Europe & APAC..
* Drive outstanding employee experience from onboarding to ongoing
* Lead our employee development and growth
* Implement culture in a remote, multi cultural environment
* Become a trusted advisor to the senior management of the company in all HR aspects
