for a Head of Marketing Operations who will lead our Marketing Operations &
Automation team of ninjas and will keep the fight for improving Marketing
processes with an emphasis on user journey & lead generation.
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in helping a fast
paced company grow.
We work in hybrid mode and have beautiful offices in the Hagag building next
to Sarona.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example the Marketing Operations team
* Manage all technical aspects of key marketing systems
* Inspire for efficiency of all work procedures by developing and implementing new processes and procedures for effective and efficient marketing operations across multiple channels/departments
* Lead by data all marketing decisions and provide data-based solutions and recommendations for marketing challenges
* Work closely with the company’s BI department and systems to understand and evaluate marketing activity results
* Work closely with different functions across the company like Acquisition, BI, Product & Content teams
* Evaluate the effort and translate it to tasks and SLA’s for the operations team
* Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize Marketing Team's performance
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in a SAAS company
* 2+ years of experience in a team lead/management role of Operations/Performance marketing/similar role -Must
* Background / experience with online marketing platforms /email marketing / marketing automation/ BI platforms – Must
* Experience with A/B testing in systems like WVO or Optimizely.
* Experience with working with diverse teams and stakeholders within the organization like Acquisition, BI, Sales & R&D – Must
* High level of English (able to work with English content & English speakers)- Must
* Creative and strong initiative. Can bring new ideas and processes to the table to meet and support business requirements
* Proven experience in the data-driven digital marketing field
* Understand a sense of urgency and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* An ambitious leader but also a great team player that is keen to learn and grow
