• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the
organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates
to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession
planning.
• Lead the HR process. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process-
from sourcing, crafting profiles & phone interviewing to in-depth behavioral
interviews and issuing an offer.
• Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
• Overall control of the Onboarding process of new employees .
• Work alongside managers across departments to coach and train them on
employee experience lifecycle and performance management.
• Lead top candidate experiences, innovative recruiting & brand initiatives to
create strong employer branding both internally and externally
Your Experience & Skills:
•4 years+ experience in HR operations in the Hi-tech industry – a must
• Experience as senior leadership and strategic partner of HR
• At least one year experience working with a technology product company.
•A BA in business administration, or any relevant field, who has great
technical skills and orientation
•Self-motivated and proactive person, with great interpersonal skills and
passion.
•Ability to multitask and work under pressure 🙂
•Proficient in working with Google tools, office programs
•Experience working with senior executives
•Fluent written and verbal English skills – advantage
