Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies
at the business unit level. Contributes to development of organizational
objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Leverages foundational organization capability principles to improve
individual, group and organizational functioning. Responsible for providing
real time and strategic employee relations. Analyzes data and documentation to
evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth
and development.
Qualifications
MA/MBA student in the domains of psychology, organizational development,
business administration, sociology, etc. Availability for 4 working days per
week 3-4 semesters left to graduation English – professional proficiency level
