Requirements
* At Least 3 years’ hands-on experience as an IT technician/Service Desk
* Service-oriented and ‘can-do attitude
* Ability to take projects and follow them to completion
* Ability to plan and bring new technologies
* Practical experience in Windows, Mac’s and Linux machines
* Practical knowledge in Azure Active Directory, O365
* Networking knowledge and understanding: Switches, VLANs
* Knowledge of systems monitoring
* Knowledge of security tools and principles
* Experience in installations, configurations, and maintenance of server technologies.
