The Integration Engineer is expected to be an expert of all our supported
products, understand them in-depth and take ownership of issues raised by
developers, as well as by internal teams.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the integration life cycle with our partners from definition
to deployment. You should be an excellent communicator and be the bridge
between our partners and Supersonics teams, mainly R&D and Customer Success
teams.You will research, resolve and provide technical solutions, using
different diagnostic and analysis tools.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree technical -Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
* 2+ years experience in a tech-oriented position (Technical support, QA, et)
* High level of English both written and verbal communication skills- A must
* Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Unity3D, Android studio, Xcode
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, dive deep into complex problems & find their root cause.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
