API Gateway is a new Kubernetes native product in the SAP Cloud offering,
which will secure, monetize, and create a consistent API experience for SAP
customers and partners.
API Gateway will be built as a distributed, cloud-native, container-based
solution, using microservices written in Go.
The Gateway is planned to be delivered to all major Cloud Infrastructure
providers

Job Description
* Developing and operating the SAP API Gateway from scratch using Go, Docker, Kubernetes and other cloud technologies.
* Design, develop, extend, review, integrate and operate cloud service.
* Work at scale on a growing product.
* Work in an Agile team applying Scrum, Agile development practices, and DevOps.
* Be a team player, contribute to team goals by showing personal flexibility and ability to work on a range of topics.
Job Requirements
* A B.Sc. student in Computer Science or Software engineering, with an 80+ average from a known institution – mandatory.
* 3 semesters left – mandatory.
* Fast leaner – mandatory
* Knowledge in Go (Golang programing language) – An advantage
* Knowledge in DevOps – Kubernetes, Dockers, Containers, CICD processes (Continuous integration) – An advantage
* Results driven with excellent execution and communication skills
* Eager to learn new technologies in a short time
* Self-managed
* Fluent English
