As we expand, we're looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join our CRM team.
Responsibilities
* Research, execute, and leverage the development and optimization of our CRM strategy
* Create and manage retention strategy campaigns to secure target audiences
* Collaborate with Monetization, Design, and Copy teams for targeted CRM campaigns in a variety of communications efforts
* Analyze and identify campaign performance insight for engagement achievement and improvement
* Maintain detailed reports and dashboards that measure campaign effectiveness and coordinate enhancements as necessary
* Special projects and assignments
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Online marketing or Operations
* Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms – Advantage
* Experienced with analytics and comfortable working with large sets of data
* Tech-savvy – quickly grasps how to work with different software
* Native English
