What will you do?
* Real-time monitoring of Social Media sources, including advanced searches using different techniques.
* Specialization in the social media area, while managing many customers and working under load and pressure.
* Detecting and alerting on potential attacks, infringement of company's trademarks, and any cyber threats posing to our customers on Social Media platforms.
* Producing actionable intelligence information and delivering it directly to our customers, using our system.
Requirements
* Proficiency in one of these languages: Chinese/Japanese/Spanish/Portuguese
* Basic knowledge and experience with computer applications – must
* Experience and familiarity with Social Media platforms – must
* Very good level of English
