We are looking for an experienced technical writer who is passionate about
user assistance.
As a technical writer you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our
public documentation, creating short videos and reviewing UI and error
strings. As part of your role you will work closely with product, development
and marketing teams.

Requirements
Experienced technical writer with at least four years of relevant work
experience
Ability to work independently
Experience in creating (short) videos – using Camtasia or equivalent
Experience in creating new Knowledge Base articles from scratch
Experience with modern authoring tools such as Madcap – advantage
Experience in defining documentation architecture
Native English speaker proficiency – with excellent writing, editing, and
communication skills.
Experience writing concisely and presenting information in a way that’s easy
for the user to understand.
