Marketing Analytics Team Lead

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and
web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions
of people play every day.

The Head of Marketing Analytics will lead a high-quality analyst team to
deliver top-notch analyses and actionable insights to support decision-making
on Marketing activity. To do so, the manager will initiate, develop and use
advanced tools, methods, models, solutions and strategy to leverage Marketing
performance, optimize the budget allocation and impact the Growth strategy of
the whole company.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Marketing Analytics team and deliver actionable and valuable conclusions and insights that contribute to the bigger picture and impact UA/Retargeting/ASO activity
* Create a strong and productive work relationship with the marketing leadership and teams
* Own a key and active role in setting the strategy, benchmarks, goals, roadmap and methods to support the short and long term marketing growth plans
* Establish, analyze, implement, execute and validate complex statistical models and segmentations to support and improve decision-making, identify opportunities and find gaps
* Plan and optimize the company's budget allocation and impact the overall growth plans
* Monitor the marketing activity and KPIs on regular basis to identify patterns, trends and raise flags
* Execute top-notch marketing analyses across multiple large data sets including a variety of 3rd party platforms
* Initiate, design and own reports, custom tools and automation processes
* Manage data-driven meetings on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with the different departments including senior management
* Collaborate with different departments: Data Science, BI Development, Data Engineering, Finance, Product etc.
* Search constantly for new technologies, tools and methods to leverage the analytics and marketing performance and capabilities
* Mentor team members to foster a creative and exploratory environment

Requirements

* 3+ years of marketing analytics team/marketing group manager experience- Mandatory
* 3+ years of (previous) marketing analyst experience
* Proven track record leading data-driven marketing projects and analyses
* Strong understanding of statistics and modeling and analytical skills
* Highly experienced in analyzing big data- Mandatory
* Excellent hands-on knowledge of SQL, Excel and visualization tools (preferably Tableau)- Mandatory
* Strong sense of problem-solving skills, conflicts management, leadership, responsibility and professionalism and critical, business and strategic thinking
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Self-learner, multi-tasking, able to work independently, initiative, highly organized, "can-do" approach
* Excellent English skills
* An experience in the gaming or marketing industry- Major Advantage
* BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic background
