As a Project Manager, you will be interacting with Product Management,
Development Managers, Technology Leaders, Developers, QA engineers, Dev-Ops
and Cloud teams.

Major Responsibilities
* Manage Development Projects in the Mobile Security area
* Be part of the R&D group, targeting competitive and successful products
* Managing the project full cycle from ideas through requirements, high level plan, design, execution and ending in a release
* Responsible for the content, focusing on addressing customer needs
* Responsible for the quality by leading the interactions with the QA
* Managing the project risks and raising flags on potential delays and issues and track till final resolution
* Provide weekly status to all RND managers including upper management
* Lead the projects' plan, its productive execution and address challenges
* Manage the interactions with external parties within the projects (e.g. other areas in the organization)
* Manage the development processes across the area and outside the area
* Adapt and take on more responsibilities and own your share of the product.
* Leading lesson learned / debriefs on issues, tracking till final resolution and implement improvements based on conclusions.
Desired Background
* 3+ years of Project Management experience
* 3+ years of R&D background
* Proven ability to lead a project end to end, drive peers to execution and work with peers from different disciplines
* Proven managerial experience
* Experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams including RND, QA, Tech writers, Management
* Knowledge and experience in CI/CD and agile methodologies
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Independent, Self-directed with a can-do attitude
* Fluent English and Hebrew
