biology
team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, construct design,
mutagenesis, and sequence analysis.
* Design and construct antibody libraries for phage and yeast cell surface display.
* NGS Library preparation for a variety of sequencing platforms.
* Data analysis, documentation, and presentation of scientific and experimental work
QUALIFICATIONS:
* M.Sc. in life sciences
* Experience in molecular biology procedures, including DNA cloning techniques, PCR,
sequence analysis, plasmid preparation, and amplification.
* Experience with common NGS platforms – advantage
* Experience with automated liquid handler systems – advantage
