Job Description:
Argus is looking for an outgoing, organized and fun loving office admin
Job hours: daily between 11:00/12:00-17:00/18:00
In this role you will be part of many interfaces, while responding to both
internal and external points of contact. You will be responsible for general
admin tasks and maintenance management, including:
* General operation and administrative responsibilities – office and admin projects
* Reviewing & purchasing office food,equipment, furniture. Understand and oversee repair needs and maintenance issues to maintain a safe and functional site.
* Assisting with welfare coordination matters.
* Expenses reports, and financial administration (monthly prep-work around invoices and payments).
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous relevant experience – at least 6 months
* Fast learner
* Can-do attitude, diligent, capable to take initiative and execute
* Perform well under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent English and Hebrew
* Computer proficiency – MS office / Google apps
