Office Administrator

We are expanding and looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing
HR team for a full-time position. As an office manager you will be the face of
the daily life at our office. You will be the first point of contact for
employees, guests and suppliers on all office needs and have direct influence
on their service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for
supporting the company’s ongoing operations, ensuring a pleasant working
environment and full response to all administrative needs. Office Admin duties
and responsibilities include:

* organizing and managing administration, employee experience duties, and HR coordination (office maintenance, supplies, equipment, parking, meeting rooms, food, deliveries, guest welcoming…etc.)
* Supporting employees onboarding processes.
* Assisting the HR Team with special projects and events from time to time.
* Staying up-to-date on company and team happenings and priorities, and keeping the finger on the pulse of the company’s needs.

Requirements

* Hands-on, people-oriented, B.A graduate.
* Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.
* Excellent and fluent Hebrew and English, with verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
* Willingness to commit to a long-term job.
