You will…
* Oversee and support all administrative duties of the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
* Support HR activities and operations – including hiring welfare activities.
* Manage the operational side of new hires’ onboarding process and ongoing employee needs
* Interact with service providers and vendors – responsible for ordering equipment, food, and other supplies.
Ideally, you have…
* At least 1-2 years of experience as an Administrator or relevant role in a start-up company.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Hebrew.
* Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented and ability to balance immediate/long-term priority.
We work in hybrid mode – 3 days from the office (near Hashalom) and 2 days
from home.
This is a full-time position (80% is also an option).
