The Office Manager will contribute to the achievement of the goals and
objectives of the Israeli Affiliate by organizing and co-ordinating office
operations, policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and
efficiency.
Location: Israel, Sharon area

Rresponsibilities:
*Efficiently manage the ongoing operations of the Israeli office.
*Central point of contact for personnel regarding health & safety, meetings, administration
requests, telecommunications, general facility / security issues
lost/stolen/damaged credit cards
*General administration support including administration support to HR.
*Key interface with local teams such as Finance, HR, ITC and Estates including adhoc HR responsibilities.
*Liaison point for external client calls.
*Support flight and hotel arrangements for Israeli Team and KOL’s (Key Opinion Leaders) as required.
*Organization of company and team events as requested.
*Coordinate and update CDAs and contracts for suppliers as directed.
Support Medical Director and Regulatory Affairs Manager:
*Administrative support for Regulatory and Reimbursement Activities Secretarial support.
*Other ad hoc projects as agreed with line manager.
Finance:
*Process payment requests for customers – ensuring sign off by relevant signatories and maintaining audit list.
*Processing relevant dept. financials from contracts through to payment.
Projects:
*Other Office projects as required.
Requirements:
*Education: Bachelor's Degree.
*Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
*English as a mother tongue.
*Experience in setting up new sites-an advantage.
*Experience working in a product related or marketing environment.
*Understanding of SOPs and local pharmaceutical code -an advantage.
*Excellent office skills, computer literate, including business letter writing, administrative systems/processes.
*Strong demonstrable experience of organizing medium to large scale meetings, conferences and exhibitions essential.
*Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
*Intermediate presentation and knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in basic expenses.
