The role

Semperis is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Office Manager to
operate as the sole function in the Israeli entity.

Responsibilities

* Oversee and support all administrative duties at the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Booking transport and accommodation
* Perform day to day duties: greet visitors, answer direct phone calls , take care of incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail , collaborating with building, and parking management
* Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements , develop policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
* Manage office budget
* Assisting the organization’s key function s by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging meeting s, and so on
* Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field – a significant advantage
* 2+ years of work experience in an office management role

Or

* 5+ years of work experience in an administrative role
* Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
* A self-starter and driven personality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both Hebrew and English
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office apps
