Partner Success Manager

LivePerson is looking for a Partner Success Manager for its Consumer Business
R&D Group (B2C).

The Consumer group develops and manages our Online Experts advice platform of
over 100,000 experts in hundreds of categories and millions of clients that
get live advice.

Our Partner Success team is responsible for managing all aspects of the
relationship with the experts who provide their services on our platform. The
team plays a critical role in the performance and the success of the entire
consumer group within LivePerson.

As a partner success manager, you will be working with our experts – both as
individuals and as a community. You will be leading initiatives to drive
success by addressing different lifecycle stages – from recruiting, to
onboarding, to growth, while addressing aspects related to performance,
quality, and revenue.

As the partner's point of contact, you will address their requests and
concerns (mainly by email, but also by phone as needed). You will develop a
deep understanding of the partners' needs, pain points, and opportunities, and
will collaborate with the Product team to drive product improvements and
features.

To validate the outcome of your work and the performance of the partners, you
will use data and reporting on a daily basis.

In This Role You Will

* Establish a trusted advisor relationship with our partners
* Identify, plan and implement initiatives aimed to deliver success through our partners
* Manage multiple aspects of the partner lifecycle
* Be involved in cross-group projects involving our partners – mainly with product and marketing teams
* Meet targets for Key Performance Indicators related to partner success and performance

Your Qualifications Are

* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills – verbal and written
* Creative and agile mindset
* Comfortable working independently (work from home, lead projects/tasks start to finish)
* Comfortable with data and reporting – Excel, BI tools – Advantage
* Previous experience in a customer/partner facing role – Advantage
