What You’ll Do

* Perform talent market analysis from various sources like LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our internal database.
* Build regressions models to improve predictions of future performance.
* Compose reports and present to higher management periodical status reports of our hiring.
* Help our recruiters analyze their jobs and provide insights to improve their performance.
* Analyze the impact of our cool talent campaigns (Like the last Tamir Bar video we made)
* Work directly with the head of the talent team on various initiatives.

What You Have

* 2+ years of proven experience as a Business/People Analyst
* BA/BSc. in Industrial Eng./Computer Science/Economics/Statistics or other quantitative fields
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to details
* Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (Looker , Tableau or similar BI tool)
* Expert in SQL
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

* Experience working with HR systems (Oracle, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, LMS)
* Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
