Personal Assistant

We are looking for a versatile, upbeat, intuitive and highly-organized
Personal Assistant to work with members of Playtika's senior management.

You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, off sites, handling
correspondence, make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when
required.

Requirements

* Professional experience providing executive-level administrative support in a corporate setting – must
* Experience creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple projects on a daily basis

Responsibilities

* Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
* Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
* Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
* Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
* Observing best business practices and etiquette.
