About This Opportunity
As iTero continues to grow and enhance it’s agility, scalability and capacity
to support our business goals, we are looking for an experienced, outstanding
PMO.
The PMO will be part of iTero Business Operations group and will be
responsible for overseeing all Business Operations projects, including
strategic initiatives and on-going projects’ execution.
In this role, you will…
* Manage cross-functional Resources planning for all Business Operations projects and act as a focal point for other iTero units on resources alignment.
* Coordinate Business Operations roadmap planning and control.
* Conduct constant monitoring of projects’ execution, risks, milestones, and timeline.
* Assist to project and program managers with constant project’s tracking.
* Collaborate with program and project managers across iTero to verify clear and aligned roadmap between all units, mainly: Portfolio, R&D, Business Operations units and services.
* Conduct periodic reporting to management on projects status, progress and issues.
* Be responsible for “raising flags” and reporting on potential risks in projects in a timely manner, considering business implications.
* Responsible for implementing and managing projects’ prioritization process and constantly maintain it.
* Conduct projects’ prioritization within Business Operations and be part of iTero’s overall prioritization process.
In this role, you’ll need …
* 10+ years of experience in PMO / Planning & Control roles – must.
* Experience from a medical device / pharmaceutical company – strong advantage.
* Knowledge and background in working according to project management methodologies.
* Experience in working with project management advanced tools, such as: MS project, Jira, etc.
* BA in industrial engineering or equivalent – must.
* MBA / MA in relevant field – strong advantage.
* PMP certification – advantage.
* Ability to understand business goals and requirements and prioritize projects accordingly.
* Strong analytic skills.
* Highly organized person with strong methodical thinking.
