PPC Team Lead

ownership of high-scale user acquisition activity and lead the team to achieve
marketing KPIs.

Job description:

You will be responsible for achieving marketing KPIs, hiring, training,
managing, leading and empowering and motivating a high-performing,
collaborative team of marketers. This role owns budget and performance for
multiple acquisition channels: Google, Bing, Facebook and YouTube. You will
report to the Director of User Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of user acquisition across a variety of marketing channels
networks and platforms

o Set clear team goals, supervise

o Delegate tasks and set deadlines

o Discover training needs and provide coaching.

· Be a driving force to execute the marketing strategy and achieve the goals.

· Oversee day-to-day operation, responsible for team performance and report on
metrics. Analyze key performance indicators for continuous optimization of
paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality, and ROAS goals.

· Development of strategic relationships with key marketing partners.

· Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on
schedule and on budget.

· Market research and Data Analysis (Identifying trends, opportunities,
discrepancies).

· Lead and motivate the team members, create an inspiring team environment
with an open communication culture

· Developing the team and talents – coach the team, give and listen to
feedback, grow the organization’s new leaders, recruit and develop talent

· Keep management updated on the team's performance.

Requirements:

· 2+ years in people management position

· 5+ years of experience in PPC for global markets with proven ability to
scale a business from its growth stages to the next level and a track record
of quantifiable results and success.

· Proven experience as Team Lead or similar role in the Online industry.

· Skilled leader experienced at building and leading a team of 5+ employees
with exceptional communication and presentation skills and excellent creative
storytelling abilities.

· Deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing, Google/Bing/Facebook

· Highly analytical and technical, heavy growth hacker mindset

· Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data
Manipulation), reporting and presentation skills
