Presales Engineer

We are looking for a Presales Engineer to support the rapid growth of Cervello
and to actively drive customer acquisition. The PE will work closely with our
Sales team, Partners, and Leadership, and will be an integral member as well
as the primary technical resource of our sales team. You will manage all
technical aspects of sales, including clients onboarding, helping our
prospects understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product
knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy Cervello as well as
technical issues handling in customer interactions, you’ll be supporting our
sales team throughout their process. This includes workshops and
demonstrations to both business and technical users as well as deeper “Proofs
of Value” to show how our technology can be used to solve the customer’s
problems and improve their operation. You must be able to establish and
maintain strong relationships with the market and customers. Working with a
talented and agile core team, you will have the opportunity to join at an

Cervello.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with sales managers to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
* Successfully match customer needs/requirements to proposed solutions
* Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
* Effectively communicate customer needs to the R&D and Product teams for future product/technology enhancements
* Planning and delivering solution demonstrations, workshops, PoCs and Pilots
* Work closely with the sales team on account strategy, identifying opportunities, providing technical sales support and training and support in responding to RFIs/ RFPs
* Act as an outbound product manager, understand product requirements and gaps, and work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to represent the customer perspective

Qualifications:

* At least 2 years experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering or implementation engineering for enterprise software, for a SaaS solution
* Experience in the transportation industry – a plus
* Willingness and ability to travel when needed
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present technical solutions concisely from small to a large audience and to interact with employees, partners, and c-levels.
* Native/Fluent spoken and written English- a must
* Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
* Previous experience in B2B / SaaS / Cloud / DevOps related to Cybersecurity
* Team player who is eager to learn and influence new technologies
