Responsibilities
Make an impact – grow the business by leading your team in the following:
* Build and launch a zero-to-one product (launch to product-market fit) in a startup-like environment
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, UX writers, usability experts, analysts, and data scientists
* Understand your opportunity domain, build an impact-driven roadmap, successfully execute, and iterate
* Prioritize resources and features to optimize results and impact, short term and long term
In Addition To Your Product Organization, You Will Also
* Learn, understand, and be involved with the entire Fiverr product
* Understand the company goals and objectives and the long-term strategy
* Participate in strategic planning within your domain
* Be a domain expert and a source of knowledge
Requirements
* 7+ years of relevant work experience as an entrepreneur, product manager, and leader, working on products with substantial outreach to millions of users
* A Doer, with a proven track record of making an impact as a product leader
* Strong product sense, ability to understand the problem or the opportunity
* Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses, and understanding the results
* Experience with leading at least 2 zero-to-one consumer-facing products that affect millions of users
* Proven track record of leading cross-organizational efforts in building and launching complex products while managing intricate operation and numerous moving parts
* Good understanding of UI/UX
* Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and eloquent presenter
* Ability to work in a fast-paced internet startup environment
* People’s person, a passionate leader, a storyteller
* BA/MA/BSc/MSc in related fields
