insights. We’re looking for a highly experienced analyst, a strong
communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can expertly manage a
growing team of analysts.
Our Product Analysts are all autonomous, highly valued members of the product
group – leaders in their field and product experts. They are curious and
independent team members, passionate about tackling complex problems in a
world of rich data and real-life user needs.
What You’ll Do
* Lead a team of product analysts with various skill sets and experience, while supporting their personal / professional growth and creating the foundations for a creative and exploratory work environment
* Introduce and implement best practices that will support our fast growth, improve work processes and assure team outcomes meet the needed high standards
* Search constantly for new technologies, tools, and methods to leverage the analytics performance and capabilities
* Become a focal point for data related matters, own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects in cooperation with other teams and groups
* Use advanced analytics, data mining, BI, and statistical tools, along with critical and strategic thinking, to execute top-notch analyses to drive the product growth
* Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including PMs, Engineers and Sr. management
Who You Are
* 2+ years of experience in managing a similar team, in a fast-paced hi-tech environment; Proven leadership skills and best practices knowledge
* 4+ years of analytical work experience in product analysis position(s), in a data-driven environment; Proven ability to understand complex data and turn it into actionable insights
* Ability to drive professional growth by providing mentorship and guidance
* St rong sense of problem-solving, conflicts management, accountability and professionalism
* Curious, self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and with a ‘can-do’ attitude
* Great communicator, knows how to interact with varied stakeholders – Analysts, PMs, Sr. management etc.
* Fluent in both English and Hebrew
* Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau)
* BA/BSc or higher in industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or another equivalent academic background
* Statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze datasets – Advantage
* Experience with Python / R / other scripting languages – Advantage
