All About The Role
You will work with multiple stakeholders across our Global Takeaway Pay (B2B
and B2B2C) Product Team.
You should have superb organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Moreover, if you have ever worked in a tech or commercial (possibly online)
environment, you'll get an extra point!

You will be working across multiple data sets, exploring how to break down
complicated data to help the product team make strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities
* Discovery: You will use the data resources to identify opportunities for new product features, spotting problems, and experiment with new ideas.
* Recommendations: You will provide insights and ideas to the Product organization. We need you to help us be better!
* Reporting and visualization: Your data presentations will help the product teams make the right decisions. This will help them to make the product self-serving.
* Supporting the product teams: You will work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand areas for improvement and fix issues based on demand.
* Data standardization: You will collaborate with different teams and work towards achieving our data governance standards.
Can you deliver…
* Previous experience in an analytical role is essential, ideally within a tech company or a consultancy.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
* Fair SQL skills.
* Experience with conducting and evaluating A/B tests.
* Experience with data visualization, ideally using Tableau or similar programs.
* Logical, analytical problem solving with great attention to detail.
* Proactive, self-starting attitude; being curious about how to get the most from raw data.
* Ability to engage your peers and stakeholders constructively.
* Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence others.
Wanted, But Not Essential
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Redshift.
* Good statistical literacy.
* Experience with GitHub and Jira in a collaborative environment.
