* 8+ years experience in product leadership in B2B companies preferable at startup companies.
* 2+ years of experience in leading a team of product managers and designers.
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
* Vast experience in product design/ UX/UI.
The Role:
* Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers and product designers matching both product vision and strategy, aligned with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
* Oversee all product-related activities including prioritization, feature definition, user experience, product design and UI/UX.
* Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
* Lead and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
* Collaborate with development teams to translate product roadmap into prioritized actionable technical requirements.
* Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
* Develop forecasts, KPI’s and metrics.
* Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.
* Lead Product Marketing Managers to assess product mix and marketing strategy.
* Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
