additional Product Manger to join our Product and Design team.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning and
execution throughout the product life cycle. You will work with the Company
Management in translating the company vision into a viable product roadmap and
collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure successful product releases
and high customer satisfaction.
We offer a full-time, challenging position, combining work from our Ramat-
Ha'hayal offices and your old comfortable home couch.
You will be responsible for:
· Building and marinating a product road map based on market research,
competition analysis and users’ interviews.
· Prioritizing, defining, and capacity planning, resulting in detailed
quarterly plans.
· Translating requirements to epics and user stories.
· Collaborating with the product design team in creating detailed UI design
and live no code prototypes.
· Co-planning development sprints with R&D team leaders and overseeing sprint
progress.
· Signing off on feature readiness and collaborating with training and
marketing in creating product collaterals.
· Becoming an expert in all the product technical and business aspects (UI/UX,
features, competitors).
Requirements:
· At least 3 years proven experience in product management of SaaS B2B
products.
· Passion about UX/UI.
· Excellent communication skills both with customers and within the
organization.
· Fluent English, both verbal and writing.
· Self-learner, cat curios with new technologies and products.
· Project and people management skills.
· Experience with CRM and campaign tools- advantage.
· Experience with Google and Facebook advertising platforms- advantage.
· Familiar with website builders / eCommerce systems- advantage.
· Experience with social platforms tools- advantage.
· Technical background- advantage.
· Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
