It's not always clear how it happens, but whenever you're in a group
environment, you find yourself charting the path and leading everyone to the
destination. In your role as AMT Product Manager, you will lead processes from
A to Z, from characterizing the customer's needs, through C&F and development,
to implementation and assimilation at the customer's site. Most of your
projects will be multi-disciplinary, and you will need to work closely with
and lead people from all fields. Or in other words, just be yourself.
Requirments :
* Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
* Strong experience in a dynamic product management role (5+ years)
* Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
* Highly effective cross-functional team management.
* Strong technical background
* English- high level.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Excellent teamwork skills
