Responsibilities
* Act as the product ambassador. Become the subject matter leader both internally and externally.
* Own the product backlog. Understand the customers’ needs, competitive landscape, and Kryon's vision. Use these insights to continuously optimize the product backlog throughout the agile scrum ceremonies.
* Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
* Innovate. Always explore new ideas, new directions, and new ways to do things dramatically better.
* Be detailed. Decompose backlog items into granular epics, stories, define acceptance criteria, and tasks ready for the development team to start work.
* Collaborate. Collaborate effectively with key external and internal stakeholders, to determine the best experience and optimal approach for delivering the backlog.
* Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams
* Continuously communicates and executes the Product vision, goals and roadmap to the development teams; Answer questions from engineering, clarifying requirements.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years a technical product manager or product owner.
* At least 2 years experience as a developer.
* Experience with B2B products selling to enterprises.
* Ability to proactively find areas for improvement and collaborate on solutions.
* Self-organized, process driven, Self-learning individual who reads constantly and loves to pass on their knowledge to others.
* Fluent English – writing and speaking.
* Experience with working with development teams on high complexity systems.
* Passion for solving complex technical issues and understand how great products work behind the scenes.

* You're a storyteller that can articulate problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that R&D can get on the same page.
