We are looking for a strong IT Support Engineer to join our local team,
collabrate with local and global end users.
As part of your day you will be responsible to:
* Install, upgrade, monitor and troubleshoot the Optimal+ solution at customer and internal environments.
* Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure.
* Initiate and manage to closure tickets
* Interface as needed with customer’s IT teams and NI functions
* Be an active member of the Holon site IT team.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of working experience with Windows and Linux servers, supporting and troubleshooting mission critical, 24×7, production environments.
* Basic knowledge of SQL server administration.
* At least 1 year of working experience with AWS or Azure public cloud.
* Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering/Information technology or equivalent.
* Proficiency in written/verbal English communication.
* Availability beyond standard working hours.
* Independent, self-driven, quick learner with good interpersonal communication skills.
