Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope, budget and timeline to ensure on-budget delivery.
* Participate in project planning and monitor day-to-day executions of technical development plans – Review, manage and monitor progress and performance. Understand areas of improvement and provide feedback to ensure efficient and optimal work.
* Work closely with R&D and Business Development departments.
* Maintain direct contact with customers, build long term relationships and resolve conflicts.
* Assist in implementing new methodologies.
* Support and monitor business processes until fulfilment – Control and produce business or financial reports, Monitor billing status etc.
* Collaborate with a variety of internal and external administrative departments.
Requirements:
* First degree.
* Customer-facing, Interpersonal, cross-cultural and verbal communication skills.
* Leadership, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong self-learning skills.
* Strong analytical and attention to details.
* Technological background.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Fluent English.
