Responsibility:-
Project Management Delivery Team members will be responsible for some if not
all of the following key processes and activities:
* Maintain a cohesive and singular vision regarding for the project
* Lead and direct one or more low to medium complexity project teams
* Adhere to the Project Management framework
* Ensure the project delivers the chartered objectives
* Ensure quality of all project outcomes and deliverables
* Assign tasks, track progress and communicate expected deliverables across workstreams
* Comply with all Corporate policies, Standards, Procedures, and Processes
* Setup, track and maintain project schedule and resource plan for the project
* Ensure all project schedules are complete, accurate, published and maintained
* Log, track, and maintain issues, risks, decision, and change logs
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Direct day to day activities for project team
* Establish meaningful metrics and tracks against them
* Schedule, facilitate and attend project, core team and Steering Committee meetings
* Take, distribute, and store meeting minutes
* Maintain complete and accurate project status reports
* Ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating project risks
* Identify, mitigate, and review Risk and Issue Logs
* Assume ownership for and/or assign all program level risks and issues to the appropriate leads
* Escalate critical project level risks and issues to leadership team
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

* Project Coordination Experience
* Experience with a Global program
* Experience with Oracle Cloud
Essential
* More than 3 years’ experience in a project environment
* Finance Management
* High level of competency in Microsoft Office Products
* SharePoint creation and maintenance
* Business Case Development and Measurement
Must Have
* Experience working in the PMO office of a large program
* Comfort with common PMO tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, PPT, etc.)
* Strong competency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Projects
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
