Responsibilities
* Determine and define project scope and objectives
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
* Track project in order to meet timeline
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
* Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
* Qualifications for Project Manager
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
* Proven ability to solve problems creatively
* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
* Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Requirements:
* Project management skills and experience (minimum 3 years) from software international companies
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, majoring in Information Systems or Bachelor's degree in computer science
* Experience working with external and international customers
* Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
* Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to details and ability to keep track of multiple projects, risks, and changes management
* Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
* Excellent analytical skills
* Experience with managing tasks in the TFS/Jira/Devops/Monday system
* Assertive, independent, adaptable, and creative
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
