diagnostic testing. We have successfully built our Sight OLO device which
performs complete blood count (CBC) based on our own scanning hardware,
computer vision and machine learning algorithms. We are now building on our
vast experience to extend our capabilities to new and exciting sample types
and clinical conditions.
In your role as Project Manager, you will:
* Guide and direct the company’s R&D activities, including design control, specifications and V&V activities.
* Lead inter-team projects in the tech department from concept to transfer to production.
* Lead R&D projects at all stages of product life-cycle in a hands-on managerial and technical role.
* Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams departments to plan, oversee execution and monitor projects to ensure focused effective work and on-time delivery
* Work with algorithm, software and hardware teams to develop new features and applications
* Assemble an appropriately-skilled team from within Sight (and subcontractors if necessary) and lead this team to achieve the project goals in a matrix managerial structure.
* Lead the project in accordance with the design control, with the goal of delivering a functional, quality product or deliverable within time and budget.
* Work with the Product Team to define and shape future products, features or applications.
* Document project life cycle as required
About You (skills, experience, potential)

* Physics / Engineering degree (BSc or higher)
* At least 3 years’ experience working as Project Manager in R&D.
* At least 5 years’ experience working in R&D.
* Familiarity with quality systems and procedures such as V&V, Design Reviews and design control
* Experience with multidisciplinary systems
* Experience with complex electro-optical systems is an advantage
* Good technical understanding across engineering disciplines
* Experience with Medical Devices – an advantage
* Fluent in English and Hebrew
* Excellent personal skills, and leadership capabilities
* Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal)
