Division. The PMO will report to the manager of the company PMO domain and
will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross-
organizational projects. The PMO will work closely with many stakeholders in
the organization at all levels. The PMO will have a significant impact on the
company's success through project management. The ideal candidate should have
excellent people skills, possess a can-do attitude, have the necessary amount
of flexibility combined with assertiveness and professional integrity, and
out-of-the-box thinking.

In This Role You Will
* Establish a project governance framework
* Lead efficient plan and schedule of resources
* Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
* Leverage project learning and knowledge,
* Enable decision-making in order to meet project goals, timeline, and budget.
* Monitor project deliverables
* Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
* Support and mentor the stakeholders with the project management tools and skills
* Overseeing the development of the project and monitoring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Your Qualifications Are
* Industrial Engineering Bachelor's Degree – Mandatory
* 4-5 years of experience in a similar job
* Experience in at least two PMO roles in different organizations
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Experience with different project management methodologies (Scrum framework/Agile) – ADVANTAGE
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
