management. You will get to work with marketers from top global brands, in
addition to matrix management of different internal teams (Sales, Product,
R&D, PS, Support and more).
As a Project Manager, Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Working closely with the customer – setting and managing expectations and defining clear and realistic milestones throughout the project
* Project Management basics – maintaining a project plan, setting recurrent meetings, raising risks and mitigations
* Matrix management of the Kaltura team
* Owning both the delivery and customer relationship (including escalation management)
Requirements
* 5+ years experience leading high-key global customer projects
* Service-oriented and can-do approach
* Capable of working within a hectic environment, managing concurrent priorities and projects
* Self-managed and quick learner
* Leadership without authority
* Technical orientation
* Creative approach to problem-solving and resolving difficult situations
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, team player
* Strong organizational skills and attention to details
* Fluent in English, both oral and written – must
