In this role the PO will learn the practices of the IT Portfolio Management
Office, providing a centralized layer of project control and integration as
well as program management governance support responsibilities, keep program
management process standardization, responsible for E2E operating tasks and
managing accurate data under his/her domain.
What will your job look like?
* You will manage and maintain your domain data in order to analyze quickly and effectively.
* You will analyze data proactively and by request in order to identify trends, to predict and to raise flags where needed.
* You will use and maintain data gathering tools to provide ongoing status updates to support the projects management governance.
* You will review and processes project related data and acts as a first level point of contact for raising issues, deviations and concerns.
* You will interface and work with Finance, HR & Project managers to deliver project management procedures and methodologies.
* Work on the right prioritization and governance structure of the projects
* Provide qualitative insights and feedback on the various project aspects to enable better decisions making. Ensures that information is captured and disseminated to all partners
* Supervise and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans. Suggest potential mitigation options
* Prepare governance reports and tools, creating high visibly and control on our process.
All you need is…
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent
* Experience in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint…) – Must
* Analytical thinking
* A team player and a fast learner
* Experience in project governance/project management methodologies/budget governance
* Experience with Agile methodologies – Advantage
* Experience working with Jira – Advantage
* Hands on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI…) – Advantage
* Passion for process improvements and enjoying responsibility and ownership of your own work
