addition to our traditional OEM business. We are well positioned as the ‘AI
Computing Company’, and our GPUs are the brains powering modern Deep Learning
software frameworks, accelerated analytics, big data, modern data centers,
smart cities, and driving autonomous vehicles. We are looking for a well-
rounded, hardworking professional project coordinator who will excel in a new
role supporting the Israeli creative, comms & planning teams.
The project coordinator will own the responsibility for planning and
overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion,
according to the company guidance and within budget. The Project coordinator
will support the missions planning and designate project resources, prepare
budgets and needed assets, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the
entire way. The Project coordinator will manage a wide variety of projects and
missions, including meetings summaries and follow ups, initiative projects
support (presentation, informatics etc), creative production projects,
internal reports, vendors informatics and some back office related missions.
The role reports into our Israeli creative, comms & planning manager, and has
a strong matrixed relationship with colleagues within Israel, US and the EMEA
regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Help to frame and define project scope and objectives
* Conduct meetings summaries and follow ups
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
* Support presentations drafting and polishing
* Track project progress in order to meet timelines
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Provide vendors & suppliers informatics, own the contracts & payments process by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
What We Need To See
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Project Management Professional certification preferred)
* 2+ years of project management and related experience
* Proven ability to solve problems creatively
* Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
* Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
* Native Hebrew speaker. Outstanding and written English
